Description
Honey settling tank
Stainless steel tank with a 100kg load for used as a settling tank with honeygate tap included, lid included. Airtight lid with clamps.
Why use one of these tanks for settling honey?
When extracting and processing honey, there are always impurities from bees legs, wings and grass and other bits of wax etc in the honey after the uncapping and spinning process.
Before bottling can be done, it is highly recommended that you let the honey settle overnight and this allows the wax cappings, legs and wings to float to the top of the honey surface and you can then easily collect it before you begin the bottling and packaging process.
Useful as a storage tank for honey and other food grade liquid and goods.
Please note: No legs or stand included. Shipping Freight is not included.
Quick Description: Honey tank, polished finish, lid and plastic honey gate valve. No legs. 100Kg capacity.
