Best Bee Suit XXXL – with attachable bee veils and bee hood
Beekeepers your body needs to be protected! It is always advisable that you wear protective clothing, bee gloves and boots when working with bees. Ensure you are double-checked before you begin an inspection and that all zips are properly closed.
This bee suit caters for someone weighing about 95 – 105kg & 1.85m tall.
Designed by beekeepers for beekeepers®
Make sure the overall is washed in a cold wash. Some shrinking is to be expected and this is one reason we recommend beekeepers take a size larger than they usually do.
Other reasons would be due to it being hot and sweaty inside the bee suit. With a larger size, you get some air between you and the bees and room for your body to breathe.

For my 1.97m (6’7″) frame, it was such a pleasure to finally get a kit that has arm-sleeves and pant-legs that are long enough.
I could possibly even have gone 1 size smaller and still be fine, but this loosely fitting garment is so comfortable to wear.
We have not done any work on a hot-hot day (not that you should go near your bees on such a day!) but the suit has proven to be cool and well ventilated. There is no stress about overheating while you are working with the bees.
The fabric seems thick and strong, without feeling hot, and I think even if your bees decided to lash out some punishement, the suit will certainly deter them from getting to your skin.
The hood and veil are spacious yet sturdy. It all zips together snugly with the suit, with no access for a determined bee to enter.
10/10 would recommend.
